feel pretty good today.  felt hungry and a little dizzy later on (until i ate dinner) but when i did eat dinner i was stuffed which means that only after a day, and my stomach is shrinking.  Which means my portions should be smaller overall soon.  My roommate wants to go workout so we’ll see. maybe i could have a intake in the 100s.  that would be awesome.

And then I remember that there is a super volcano under Yellowstone that is 40,000 years overdue and when it erupts it could potentially cover most if north America in ash and create a volcanic winter that kills half the worlds population

i will not gain weight this december. i will lose weight, i will eat healthy, i will workout even if i don’t feel up to it, and i will make this year my last year i finish fat. by next christmas i will have my dream body. no excuses.
